1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the product must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received.

    • In its original packaging, sealed, and unopened.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care products cannot be returned once opened.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.


3. Return Process

  2. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product was defective or incorrect).


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos as proof.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
