1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details and tracking information once it has been shipped.


2. Domestic Shipping (Egypt)

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days depending on your location..

  • Deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partners.


3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected countries in the Middle East.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and additional charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.


5. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (weather conditions, customs clearance, courier delays).

  • Pure Aura is not liable for delays beyond our control, but we’ll always support you in tracking your order and resolving issues.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that you provide an accurate delivery address.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In the unlikely event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pureauracare.shop within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will assist you with replacement or claim filing with the courier.
